How systems work fits into the plans

We scope the systems work first, then recommend a plan in writing. The plans above describe our marketing service. When a Burnaby business comes to us for CRM setup, booking or automation, we use the free consultation and, where needed, a workflow audit to agree on what changes, in what order and over how long. Then we tell you which plan fits and what it will cover, before anything is billed.

That keeps the price tied to a written scope rather than a vague promise. If a single change, such as moving your records into one shared CRM, is all you need, we will say so.

What drives the cost

Four factors decide how much work a systems project takes.

  1. Number of people and calendars. A sole operator is simpler than a clinic with six practitioners or a trade with three crews.
  2. State of your data. Clean records in one spreadsheet import quickly. Contacts spread across phones, paper and an old system need more clean-up.
  3. Number of changes. Records only, or records plus booking plus automation.
  4. Training needs. A team that has resisted tools before needs more adoption support.

Separately, budget for software. Many small-business CRM and scheduling tools charge per user per month, and messaging tools may charge per text sent. As a rough planning example, a team of four on a tool costing $40 per user per month would pay $160 a month, or $1,920 a year, before tax. We give you real figures for the products we shortlist.

Is it worth it? A quick check

Compare the monthly cost with the admin time and lost work it replaces. Take the hours your team spends each week on scheduling calls, re-typing details and chasing quotes. Multiply by an honest hourly value and by 4.3 weeks.

For example, 8 hours a week at $60 an hour is about $2,064 a month in staff time. If a new system halves that, you recover around $1,032 a month before counting any extra jobs won through consistent follow-up. If your numbers come out far lower, a lighter approach, or doing it yourself with our guides, may be the sensible choice.

What you can expect on any plan

The terms are the same whichever plan you pick. Billing is monthly unless you opt for annual rates, and either side can end the arrangement with 30 days' notice. Every software account sits in your business's name, every recommendation comes in writing, and progress reports use the numbers we agreed at the start rather than flattering totals. If a change we made isn't earning its keep, the report will say so.

How to choose

Start with the smallest commitment that solves the problem you have now. Month-to-month billing lets you test the working relationship before considering annual rates. Ask us for a written scope, the expected software costs and the measures we will report. Read the FAQ for contract and ownership questions, see the services in detail, and call, text or email for your free consultation.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Billing runs month to month, and 30 days' notice ends it. If you are happy to commit for a year, annual billing lowers the monthly rate.

Are software costs included?

No. CRM, scheduling and messaging tools are billed by their providers directly to your business, in your name. We estimate those costs for you before you commit, so there are no surprises.

Do prices include GST?

No. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and Canadian clients add 5% GST.

Is the first consultation free?

Yes. The initial 30-minute consultation is free for eligible businesses and separate from the paid plans.

Which plan covers CRM and booking setup?

It depends on how much you need changed and how quickly. We recommend a plan after the free consultation, once we understand the scope, and put it in writing before any work starts.
