What happens next

  1. Tell us the basics

Business, city, website and the problem to solve.

  2. We review it

We look at your site and local search results first.

  3. We talk it through

A senior strategist calls you back with specifics.

Three ways to reach us

Call, text or email; all three reach the same small team.

  • Call (604) 632-4959 if you want a quick conversation about whether this fits.
  • Text (604) 632-4959 if you're on a job or in a clinic between appointments. A short message is fine; we'll reply and arrange a time.
  • Email Ali@Sedighi.ca if you'd like to describe your current process in detail or attach something, such as a photo of your paper diary layout or the column headings of your customer spreadsheet. Please don't send real customer personal information.

Hours are Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. Messages that arrive in the evening or on weekends are answered the next business day.

What to include in your message

A few details let us come back with something useful instead of a list of questions. A template you can copy:

Business name: [Business name] Type of business: [e.g. electrical contractor, physio clinic, tutoring centre] Where you work: [Neighbourhood or area of Burnaby, and any nearby cities] Team size: [Number of people who handle calls, scheduling or admin] How you track customers now: [Paper, phone contacts, spreadsheet, an older system] The task you'd most like to stop doing by hand: [e.g. chasing quotes, confirming appointments] Best time to reach you: [Day and time]

You don't need every line. Even "[Business type] in [Area], drowning in scheduling calls" gives us a starting point.

What happens next

Three steps, with no obligation at any point.

  1. We reply within one business day to arrange a short call at a time that suits you.
  2. We talk through a normal week: how customers find you, how they get a quote or appointment, how you get paid. We'll ask for rough numbers, such as hours spent on scheduling or how many quotes you send a month.
  3. You get an honest recommendation: the first change we'd make, roughly what it involves and costs, or a frank note that you're fine as you are. If it makes sense to go further, we'll propose a workflow audit or a written scope.

Before you get in touch

A little preparation makes the first call more useful. If you have ten minutes, try this:

  • Count how many enquiries came in last week and how many were booked.
  • Estimate how many hours you or your staff spent arranging appointments.
  • List every place customer details are written down.
  • Note how many quotes went out last month and how many got a follow-up.

These numbers are the baseline for everything we'd measure later. Our guide on choosing a CRM explains why they matter, and the services overview shows what each kind of change involves.

If you are comparing options

Talk to more than one provider if you like; it will sharpen your questions. Ask each one who owns the accounts, what happens to your data if you leave, how they measure progress and what the software will cost on top of their fee. A provider who can't answer those plainly in a first conversation probably won't answer them plainly later.

Working with us: what to expect

Plain answers, written scopes and no pressure. We'll tell you what we think, including when the answer is "not yet". If you go ahead, you'll get a written scope, software costs estimated in advance, accounts in your name and month-to-month terms. Read about Ali and the group or the FAQ if you want more background before you reach out.

Frequently asked questions

Who will I be talking to?

A senior strategist, usually Ali Sedighi himself. There is no call centre or junior sales team between you and the person planning the work.

Should I call, text or email?

Whichever suits you. Texting is handy if you're on a job; email is better if you want to send a description of your current process or a sample of your spreadsheet layout. Calls are good for a quick sense of fit.

Is the first conversation really free?

Yes. The initial 30-minute consultation is free for eligible businesses, with no obligation and no lock-in.

Do you visit businesses in Burnaby?

Yes. Burnaby owners can sit down with us in person or meet by video call, and we also work by phone, text and email. We're headquartered in Vancouver, so most of Burnaby is a short trip.
